LLC Membership
Limited membership opportunities are now available. Contributions to our DAO treasury can be made here. Members contributing $25k or more will be made Multisig voters of the DAO. When making a deposit, only send Ethereum, on the Ethereum network, not Base. Once you see your deposit appear in the treasury, drop us a line at info@quantanol.com.
We will respond and send you an LLC Membership Certificate, stating your percentage of control in the company. Currently, each $25k deposit warrants a 0.25% stake of future profits paid quarterly. Owner retains 51% control. Kansas puts no limits on the number of members that an LLC may have. So, with 49% control outstanding, divided by 0.25%, you have potentially 196 members pooling $4.9 million.
This is ample capital to initiate drilling and make a strike.
Our current funding goal is for a drilling rig. Following careful research, we have decided upon the Atlas Copco RD20 III, a truck-mounted rig which provides great mobility and rugged versatility at a modest price point.
Capable of drilling down as far as 6,000 feet, the predicted sweet spot for geological hydrogen in Kansas, the Atlas rig can be acquired pre-0wned for around $450,000. This is considered cheap in the industry, where similar rigs can run up to $3 million. With just 18 investors at $25k each, we can purchase this rig and start drilling!
