Our DAO is set up to allow investors of $25k or more to be controlling members. We have structured the organization to have funds controlled by Multisig Authority, as opposed to token-weighted voting.

This system bypasses the need for any SEC regulation, or Series A fundraising. It also requires authorized digital signatures from members before any funds are allocated to company business.

Our physical LLC is headquartered in Wakefield, Kansas. Our DAO is registered in Wyoming, the only state to pass legislation for such, which formalizes our fiscal regulatory protection.
